CAMP / BASKETBALL PAYMENTS

PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING - Unless feel you may be eligible for one of our discounts listed below. Alternative payment arrangements may be available and will be subject to discussion and agreement with Gavin or a member of the admin Team. Please email gamesatthegate@hotmail.com regarding Camp or highflyersbasketball@live.co.uk regarding Basketball classes to discuss.

  • Available Camp Discounts - Group bookings or Refer a friend. Available Basketball Class Discounts - additional class 50% off. If you feel you could be eligible for any of these discounts please contact us ASAP before making any payment.

CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 48 hours notice of any cancellation as after this time we are unable to process any refunds / change staffing arrangements. Please note if you book a place and your child does not attend, unless we have had the 48 hours notice you will still be required to pay the amount in full .

USE OF MOBILE PHONES OR OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES AT CAMP

Games at the Gate CANNOT be held responsible for any loss or damages, therefore we would ask that these are kept at home and not brought to camp. If you feel your child needs to have such items with them at Camp, please inform Gavin or a member of staff on arrival. These items should be kept in the child's bag and use will only be permitted under EXCEPTIONAL circumstances subject to prior agreement.


Games at the Gate / High Flyers Basketball Academy COVID-19 Waiver

We at Games at the Gate and High Flyers Basketball Academy have conducted a thorough COVID-19 risk assessment and are pleased that we are able to continue to provide a sports and activities club for your child at this time. We want to reassure you that with regards to the current pandemic, we have new processes and extra measures in place. Should you wish to discuss any of these please email us and we will be happy to answer your questions.

Should you wish your child to attend the club and participate in any of the associated activities we require you to consider the following:

  1. My child is free from any COVID-19 like symptoms. They have no sign of a high temperature, new or continuous cough or loss or change to their sense of smell or taste. I have discussed the symptoms with my child, and they understand to let a staff member know if they feel unwell.
  2. My child and anyone associated with my child at drop off/pick up will comply with all new rules. In particular, however not limited to, the washing of hands. I will discuss increased hygiene measures with my child before they attend the club.
  3. I understand that COVID-19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organisation. It is highly contagious and is believed to be spread from person to person contact. I know that a person can be infected with COVID -19 without their knowledge and be asymptomatic. Whilst Games at the Gate have measures in place to reduce the spread, we cannot guarantee that your child or anyone else associated with your child will not become infected with COVID-19.
  4. I understand that participation in the club could increase the risk of contracting COVID-19.
  5. If my child or anyone in our household is contacted by Track and Trace, I will notify the club as soon as possible and will isolate our household immediately.
  6. If I am contacted by the club as my child is displaying symptoms related to COVID-19 I understand that they will be isolated and must be collected immediately.
