PLEASE NOTE - PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING
(Unless feel you may be eligible for one of our discounts listed below, in which case please email gamesatthegate@hotmail.com to discuss). Alternative payment arrangements may be available and will be subject to discussion and agreement with Gavin or a member of the Games at the Gate Team,

Our booking system automatically applies a 10% sibling discount to any additional child booking when made on the same order, please note there is also a platform fee added automatically when paying online through the booking system.
Other discounts may be available i.e. Group bookings or Refer a friend. If you feel you could be eligible for any of these discounts please contact us ASAP before making any payment.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque or card payment online. For alternative payment methods or arrangements, please contact Gavin on 07515 633 386 or email gamesatthegate@hotmail.com.

If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please use your child's name and "Summer Camp" as the reference using the following details...

CANCELLATION POLICY - We require 48 hours notice of any cancellation as after this time we are unable to process any refunds / change staffing arrangements etc. Please note if you book a place and your child does not attend, unless we have had the 48 hours notice you will still be required to pay the amount in full .

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CHILDS PHOTO PERMISSIONS ARE UP TO DATE AND CORRECT.

USE OF MOBILE PHONES OR OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES - Games at the Gate CANNOT be held responsible for any loss or damages, therefore we would ask that these are kept at home and not brought to camp. If you feel your child needs to have such items with them at Camp, PEASE INFORM GAVIN OR A MEMBER OF STAFF ON ARRIVAL. These items should be kept in the child's bag and use will only be permitted under EXCEPTIONAL circumstances subject to prior agreement.

LOST PROPERTY - Please note due to lack of storage space any Lost Property will only be kept up until the close of business (5:30pm) on the last day of Camp unless prior arrangements have been made with us.

Whilst we appreciate you may want to wait around to see how your child settles in, we are unable to facilitate this at any time, if there are any issues with your child, we will call you IMMEDIATELY, therefore can we ask that you ensure your child’s emergency contact details are up to date before they attend Camp.

If you wish your child to be collected by any other person or if there is anything else you think we may need to know about your child (and to limit the number of parents in the vicinity at any one time) please let us know by dropping a text or a call to Ami on 07742 779 564.

All children must attend with the following items…

• Packed lunch / snack (A must for full day bookings, Suggested for half day booking in the event your child would like a snack at break times or throughout the time they are with us)
PLEASE NOTE: At break time your child will be asked to choose one small food item only from their lunchbox / bag.
• A full refillable Water Bottle.
• A change of clothes, shoes and a towel... as it's Summer, we may play some water games (we are hopeful for good weather!!)
• Sunscreen -Please ensure your child has this applied before attending and has this with them for reapplication throughout the day, even if the weather forecast looks like they may not need it as this could change throughout the day. Please also send them with a summer hat.
• Any medical Items they may require (Please pass this to and inform Gavin on arrival)
